Welcome to Switchback Creek Campground. We are a  family friendly Motorcycle campground located in the mountains of North East Tennessee. If you are tired of the hype and hustle of a busy Deals Gap but would like exciting roads and beautiful mountain scenery,  then you have come to the right place. We are snuggled between three mountains at an elevation of 3,000 feet and just 2 1/2 miles from the crossroads of US 421 and 133/91 in Shady Valley Tennessee.

Take a leisurely ride on any of the roads leading out of Shady Valley or meet with a group at one of the establishments at the crossroads  for a ride on "The Snake". There are 489 turns within a 12 miles radius of the crossroads.

Want to make this a family or group outing? There are various attractions available in the area: White water rafting, hiking, antique shopping, theaters, caverns and many more activities within a day's adventure.

Most major cell carriers have service at the campground.
